Dear Church Family,
Our Annual Strawberry Dinner is almost here! This Saturday from 5:00–7:00 p.m., we'll welcome friends and neighbors to our most beloved tradition, which is now believed to have originated in 1931. (According to Wanda) This event is more than a meal—it's an opportunity to invite folks to Grace, be in fellowship, and share the love of Christ with our community.
To make this year's dinner a success, we need all hands on deck. If you're available, please join us at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday to help with preparations. We need choppers, peelers, cookers, and more to get everything ready for the dinner.
We also have an immediate need for a cashier beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday for carryout orders. If you can serve in this role, please let Wanda know. Thank you all for the many ways you support the ministry of our church. Your willingness to serve reflects the heart of Christ and blessing our little church. I look forward to seeing you This Saturday.
The funeral service for Steve Cooper will be here at Grace on Saturday, June 13.
